  • Daniel partnered with fellow business partners, Jeff Wong and Dante Ruaine, to open their first joint venture, Huxtable, in 2010, following his years working in critically acclaimed restaurants throughout Melbourne. Huxtable quickly gained notoriety for bringing a new wave of quality to the Fitzroy dining scene and was awarded a coveted Chef’s Hat in The Age Good Food Guide 2014. The trio launched Huxtaburger in late 2011, where Daniel has created all in-house recipes, has led new product development and has overseen all food offerings for the brand.
